Human resource treats its employees as strategic assets that are an effective approach to social responsibility. This strategic plan can be a focus point to make its employees feel valued which boosts their engagement with the customers and employer brand recognition. This helps the organization move towards its mission goals and can provide to be an attractive recruitment process. With an award winning training program, the manager can develop strategies for recruiting the best talent available.

An excellent training program forces the employees to think creatively and outside the box. This can help them to generate new ideas, visualize innovative possibilities and implement those ideas to be successful for increased job satisfaction. Wegmans uses classroom lectures as one of their training techniques, which has its own advantages like being inexpensive, less time consuming and effective for large groups of trainees.
