First, I think Ruth’s Chris should open more stores in existing markets. U.S.A is the most beef consuming country in the world, so there are still lots of opportunities to get. According to exhibit2, there are no stores in north side. So, they need to open more stores there. Same goes to the existing international markets. They should open 3 more stores each in Canada and Hong kong, 2 more stores each in Mexico and Taiwan because it is guaranteed. After that, they have to work on the new markets.

According to exhibit3, Developing countries, middle-income countries, and Central America have the biggest meat consumption growth rate. So they might think Central America first to develop. When you look at exhibit4, you will notice that Bahamas which is one of Central America is good enough to go. It has the second largest beef consumption, high urbanization rate, and good GDP. So, you can find franchise to contract, cities to open stores, consumers to sell the steak there.

Europe is a charming market too. They are wealthy enough and urbanized. They also consume beef a lot. But the thing is they don’t like U.S.A that much, especially France. So you might find leading companies of each country to work together.

Asia is a good market to open more stores too. They are getting eating more beef then before, and some countries of Asia, Korea and Japan are wealthy and urbanized enough. They like “American”, so Ruth’s Chris needs to open stores there. But Arabian doesn’t like America. So Ruth’s Chris needs to find an Arabic company for joint ventures.

To get more revenue growth, every store has to open for lunch. It helps them to save marketing expense too. If every Ruth’s Chris store opens for lunch, a lot of people would go to Ruth’s Chris for lunch because the deal is charm enough to lure the people.
