2. Draft a letter that you want to send to companies you want to interview / study using the case study method for your research. formulate a research problem and try to explain that to companies , also convincing them to participate in your study.

Greetings for the day.

This is to bring it to your notice that as we came across an issue in relevence with the cross cultural working envoirnment, as per different cultural dress codes, different languages spoken at work place, and many more minor issues. so we are doing

a case study in regards to all the issues occurred due to the cross cultural working envoirnment and your views would be very useful to us for solving this case and this will also be useful for you for solving such issues in future as now days many companies face this issue. Doing this study we want

to find out the weaknesses or reasons of it being happening , will be able to find a reason for that and will be

able to tackle the problem systematically and to get to the common conclusion. your ideas and views would be of great importance

to us .

So please find the attached a small questionnaire which is to filled by any 8 employees from diverse culture individually ,on

page 3and 4 which will not take more than a few minutes of theirs,

you need not to worry giving out any of your, all the information provided to us from your company’s employees will be kept

confidential , I assure you

that your position will not be endangered , I also assure you a

copy of the study when its finally done which will help you

in future decision making.
