My Plan for Achieving Personal Success

In the Footsteps of my Role Model, Penelope Garcia

I admire Penelope Garcia, who is a successful leader in the field of Technical Analyst. As I continue my journey in completing my academic program which is Network System Administration, I intend to use my success skills and abilities towards achieving my dream career on being a sharp Technical Analyst. Even though Ms. Garcia in one of the main characters in the number one series Criminal Minds; who is played by Ms. Kirsten Vangsness, I still believe she is the perfect role model for me because of how she get her work done. My reasons for selecting Ms. Garcia is for the progress she do for her team, how she how herself in a bad situation, and how she manage to still keep herself going after what she see and hear doing the work she do in her field. I hope to find out why she choose to be a Technical Analyst for the BAU? Being a Technical Analyst, what have she learn about her position? What’s the next leadership step towards continuing her career?

During the research on this wonderful woman, I have come upon some interesting facts about her life and career. What impress me the most about Ms. Garcia is that she’s an eccentric. She is not like other people. Ms. Garcia have a unique behavior that really excite others. I believe that’s why I choose her to be my role model. Even though Penelope is very friendly, kind-hearted, and extrovert, she is also very work-oriented. She’s very protective about her computers and FBI database. Which is more similar to me. My plan will be unique and very interesting to read because I am writing about a fascinating person. I know my role model is a character off a TV show, but she’s actual define me. That’s why she’s my role model. I don’t except to have too many problems, but I do believe I would have to use Wikipedia to gather some of my information. I understand how non-reliable...
