1 How should Chris/Lani respond to the owner’s tirade described on page five?

They should act calm, and find solutions right and there, so that Jeff can see and tell that they have nothing to do with that and that they have nothing behind his back. Also, Chris and Lani idea was going to make the final negotiation not that they had the surprise that something like this was going to happened because of someones mistakes. They were in a position that they knew they could not loose the investor and the references, and contact that influential person.

2 Following the meeting what, if anything, should Chris/Lani say to the investor who made the mistake?

Sir, you are making a mistake we can resolve this problem this is an error those are not our intensions. There is no sale going on we can resolve this issue by making a few phone calls that way you can be sure that we are not going behind your back and that we are very interested in doing businesses with you.

3 What alternatives does Lani have in responding to Shelly Tiebor’s request at the bottom of page 6? Which one should he choose?

Honestly, Lani had two alternatives one giving her time and letting her have a chance to get the controller role herself and practice while do in it. Option two was saying no to her request and hiring a well experience person for that position and may be a second person as an assistant. He went by the first option of offering the position to her which at first seem to be a good selection when she stared to get those reimbursement within 15 to 20 days prior to others. It may be too much work for one person, it may be too many hours working but when two months pass they notice it was not a good decision she had made so many mistakes that now the cash cycle went from 60 day to more than 20. What i would do know in this case I will medially hire someone with lots of experience not fire Kelly but have both persons...
