Trust or betrayal

Betrayal is diverse; it can be shaded behind the searching for historical truth, economic interests, and the desire to achieve their professional potential at the highest possible level. Hardly could we find a person that would never betray in some way in his life. Everyone betrays and all the time! Someone in the business, someone just in the thought ... - this is, unfortunately, the reality of life.

Some people claim that trust can be earned by following two basic rules: offer your trust first and be coherent, meanwhile others claim that you don’t have to open your soul, just give a try for trust, like the old Russian proverb says : “Trust but verify.”

If you were betrayed do not blindly follow your first impulse, you can make a lot of silly mistakes, which you will regret afterwards. Try to keep calm and analyze the situation as objectively as possible. Try to find the cause and make an inference about this person.

Some people believe that trust which was betrayed once can be re-established. It depends on the situation; sometimes we should consider giving a second chance. Learn to forgive. There is no guarantee that even you are wrong at something, no one is safe because of such mistakes and faults. But forgive - does not mean that everything is forgotten completely, because then we get the opposite effect - a betrayal of ourselves.

The game “Trust or betrayal”, which we were playing in the class, was a great experience for me. I understood that I was too naive; this game was a simple model of a business world. Will never forget to keep my eyes open. During the negotiations both groups were paying attention to words and actions of the other side, operating caution. The game showed me that we do not commit what we cannot control– making promises we can't keep, or fail to own their mistakes or shortcomings. I think for the cooperation to be sustainable, we needed the “points of intercept”. We found ourselves in an identical condition and...
