Introduction

In our world today, people are wise as they can change the way of their living in a way that makes our life more comfortable, efficient and more easily. Many useful devices that are invented today are widely use in our daily living but we cannot assure that this inventions are perfectly working; we always encounter some problems that affect our lives. Programmers also developed software’s that we are using today in our mobile cell phones, computers, androids, etc. This technology is used to gather information and even in business transactions and also for us to entertain. On the previous years, many companies, corporations and factories are using manual system of collecting and controlling information regarding their businesses. These is the cause why humans create a system that automatically working and easy to use. Presently, IT professionals, programmers and experts are still developing and enhancing the previous systems in order to help us to make our work easy and make our life more comfortable.

Computers use systems in order to work properly. Some companies are using computerized systems to make their work faster and easier but more of them are still using manual way of controlling information. Different kinds of systems that are appropriate to a type of business are monitoring, sales and inventory, management system, payroll, scheduling, etc. Some are useful in a way of reserving events, rooms, flights and other reservations. Every business related to event planning, it’s important to have a system that is easy to use and giving less work in reserving events. As you can see it is a simple system that only reserved events but it has many capabilities that appropriate in all catering businesses.
