ANTH2410/UGEA2180: Chinese Culture and Society Fall 2014 Prompt for the final response paper Answer one of the following two questions. Due Tuesday, December 9. Please draw on various elements of the course (i.e., readings, lectures, discussions, tutorials, videos and news pieces) to write the paper. Even though the argument(s) you choose to address is possibly the focus of one of our weekly topics, it is important that you use course materials from multiple weeks in your writing. It is also required that the materials you use should include at least some from WK7-13. Please use in-text citation in the following format (author's last name year: page #) – for example, (Yan 2003:3) – plus reference cited at the end. For reference format, please follow the style of our syllabus. Beware of plagiarism. Make sure you distinguish between quoting and paraphrasing and cite your sources in each case.
