In this simulation we notice as a group that there are several problem tools and techniques used to address the issues at Credenhills. Visualizing was one of the most important aids to assist in the organization restructure. As managers one must first be able to identify the issues at hand. Then define possible goals and objectives that could be possible solutions to correct the issues.
After such, managers as well as their staff must come together collectively, brainstorm use cause and effect diagrams to effectively analyze the situations, and they must not forget to use one’s intuition especially those who were or have been employed with the company for sometime. They may have insights regarding the organization that need to be addressed. The above addressed decisions where solutions considered to helping the restructuring of Credenhills Industry. Considerations were addressed not only for the profitability of the organization but also for the success of the employees. The company needs to entice the employees with pay raise increase, better medical benefits for the wellness of their employees as well as their families. The outcome from the simulation addressed several issues that Credenhills were facing. Sales are rapidly declining because of the local competition and competitive pricing. The associates were leaving because of alternative wages and benefits. Structure changes needed to be addressed, which could result in lawsuits from the city council. The best solution to resolve the issues at Credenhills are to first adjust pricing on special items so that they are competitive with competitors, and attract consumers.
