SSE plays a key role in provides energy to people in UK and Ireland, they advocated the key strategy is that to provide energy in reliable and sustainable way. There are three main segments can apply to analyze the performance of SSE, the strategy, director and financial section. Using the annual report can help to have a deep understanding of accounting for an enterprise. In this essay, the non-financial performance will be given first, includes strategy and director performance. In the financial section, analyze will be given in two levels, the financial performance form and the major financial statements and financial ratios. Strategy Performance

What the SSE wants to pursue is their operational excellence, shareholders support their business, they can provide energy to people who need, maintain a balanced business and their financial purpose can be achieved.
