What Makes An Effective And Efficient Organization

Introduction

In today’s economy, businesses need to be in full control of their organization to possess power in the market. Power is obtained when the organization’s members are aware of the organization’s goals and objectives, in addition to being capable of dealing with everyday situations that they face. However, this would not be possible without the guidance of a capable and effective leader. We believe the key to an organization triumphing is when strong leadership is combined with effective strategies being implemented, which would then subsequently lead to corporate social responsibility being achieved. It is our opinion that having attained corporate social responsibility is the key to an organization performing to its best abilities. This is because corporate social responsibility results in employees being satisfied with their jobs. As to be discussed in our report, a benefit of an organization striving to attain corporate social responsibility is employee engagement which leads to better strategies being implemented since more people are involved in the decision making process. These better strategies would eventually lead to the business goals and objectives of the organization being attained within a faster time frame, thus leading to the organization’s success. So, what does an organization require to perform to its best? Here is the answer: An organization can attain it’s maximum potential when the areas of corporate social responsibility, leadership and strategy are achieved simultaneously.
