RESPONSE BIAS QUESTION:

Do the characteristics of the interviewer create response bias?

Yes, the different interviewers does cause a response bias and the results to be different when asked by different people.

INTRODUCCION

Survey question: Do you think this guy is attractive?. The girls will vary the answer. Some will remain truthful as they were when asked by Maria, and give the same response to Ashley. But other the majority, will be nice and tell Ashley yes no matter what they said in the beginning to Maria, or will hide their true feelings and say no.

METHODOLOGY

For the first data we are collecting which consists on the way that the Maria asks each one of the 36 girls who were randomly selected by her, she will give a positive and negative opinion of the guy and at the same time that she will asks the girls the question. Then Maria is going to record their answer on paper regarding whether they answer is yes or no. For the last data that we are recollecting Ashley will do the same thing but this time she won't give her opinion she will only ask the question to each one of the girls they randomly selected. The way we designed the survey was to see how people react to the question in regards to the interviewer. To demonstrate how the interviewer 's opinion does change the mind of those interviewed by the way the interviewer’s talk to them , the human being is capable of being confused or say things that are the opposite of what they mean to give an account of best of themselves.
