Teacher Requisition for Parent Support

Mr. Don Roderson- Staff meeting to encourage teacher to participate in PTSO. 150 parents database and 6 to 7 teachers.

Election of President/Mentor

Cherita Dilley- 707-712-6106: Provided a list of students schedule of programs. Jaguar Zone coordinator sign-ups, record of attendance. Teachers are to provide a sign-up sheet for students and parents are to follow up with. A weekly monitoring card shall be provided.

President of PTSO- Sheila Frieson. Vice President- Ashley Singh.

Complete State Corp. Non profit status with IRS. Complete docs for finance. VP Coach/Mentor= Rozzana Verda Aliga.

Ideas for officers to consider goals, objectives for PTSO funds such as: Scholarships, curriculum support, assistance with online, after school support such as “Jaguar Zone” and to include parents, and communicating with teacher and student. Ashley Singh suggests a college workshop for parents such as financial aid help and assistance and scholarships.

PSTO Funding implication of Online tracking children’s progress. *March for Success is assisting students for test preparation.
