I, Suraj Kumar Jain, the student of International Management Institute (PGDM), am extremely grateful to New Holland Fiat India (Pvt.) Ltd. for the confidence bestowed in me and entrusting my project entitled “ Measuring Training Effectiveness”.

At this juncture I feel deeply honored in expressing my sincere thanks to Mr. A Ram Kumar and Mr. Vipin Ummat at New Holland Fiat India (Pvt.) Ltd. for making the resources available at right time and providing valuable insights leading to the successful completion of my project.
