InterClean and EnviroTech have merged and has created the opportunity to open new positions within the Marketing and Sales Department. InterClean has always been a top leader in the sales of cleaning supplies while EnviroTech has been a leader in cleaning services. InterClean has decided to expand their products to the cleaning services in the sanitation arena. Merging with EnviroTech, InterClean will need to execute a new strategy that will orient around a full service sales approach for long-standing customers in addition to new customers. InterClean’s goal is to become a first leader in the sanitation industry. The sales team will help lead the company in this direction.

* Job Analysis

After a week of observing and reviewing the job performance, the job functions needed to perform the salesperson position for InterClean will be detailed in a task requirement. The job description will be written for potential applicants. This job description will have specific requirements needed to be performed the job functions. Main Job Duties will include:

Complete knowledge in OSHA regulations and standards;

The sanitation compliance issues pertaining to environmental in varied industrial settings;

Sustain a complete knowledge of products and services as well as process;

Develop a campaign for service packages tailored for individual accounts;

Training skills to train customer base;

Good communication and interaction skills;

The salesperson will need to have job related skills for critical thinking and listening skills. Applicants will need to maintain records on sales goals and marketing reports that will be ready for use by CEO.

* Workforce Planning System
