The Problem and Its Background

1. Introduction

Nowadays, Our generation is commonly working with the use of technologies. The growth in the volume of information via computer networks has increased both the usefulness of network information and difficulty of managing it. The organizing the information, which is available from many source and in many forms, is one of key challenges of building a useful information service.

This system builds on research in both computer science and library science. The new system will provide the librarian with an effective way to control all the librarian operations. It’s also supports a dictating place, so they can spend the free time in the library.

This system will able to manage all the library process on books such as inserting, deleting, updating and cataloging of books. This system is also able to search any details such as the tittle, author, publisher, and description that similar to the contain of the books, thesis, journal, bulletin and newspaper.

Pamanasang Lungsod ng Taguig Was Founded in 2004 with the Ordinance No. 29 Series of 2004 by the Local Government Administration and this was also one of the offshoots of the provisions of Local Government Code.

Pamantasang Lungsod ng Taguig Was renamed "Taguig City University" pursuant to City Ordinance No.13, Series of 2009.
