• The desktop and laptop are authorized for use by the store manager, President Kathy Kudler ,and the president’s administrative assistant.
• The printer/scanner/fax machine is authorized for use by the store employees where it is located, as well as President Kathy Kudler and the president’s administrative assistant.
• The director of store operations can use any equipment in any location.

After much work on the network systems it is a chief concern about threats such as disk failure, administrative errors, natural disasters and, the impact of unauthorized change to data. With Kudler being a comparable size business, it is a must that we create some failsafes.
1. Create servers with a raid 0+5 allowing for 2 drives to fail before we lose our servers.
2. Create a 2nd mirror server allowing synchronize with the first.(Creating internal backup)
