The primary aim of this investigation is to perform an assessment of students’ satisfaction at a private higher education institution operating in the state of Kuwait, Box Hill College Kuwait (BHCK). There are a number of unique features to this institution that render this investigation interesting, in particular given its status as the only private college in the country exclusive to Women. In the context of Kuwait, a very conservative society, students enrolled in this College tend to develop different anticipations in terms what to expect from a tertiary education institution than other students attending other Universities in the country. This research allows for interjecting further insights to the body of the relevant literature on student satisfaction, in addition to helping the Management of BHCK identify factors that influence the students’ perceptions of satisfaction. |

What are the objectives of your study? |
