Issue/Problem:

Mr. Andy Mallari wants to achieve his dream of establishing his own company and he wants to use his sons in achieving that dream. There are many ways of doing this and one of which is through their education. Finding the best institution and course related to his business for his sons would be one step closer in achieving that goal.

Conclusion/Recommendation:

The passion in business is one of the toughest career that being needed to be mold in a person, because it can easily put you into top of your career you wanted to reach up. If you are truly needing and deserving for having all of these you must need to learn all the things right for being a good businessman, like Mr. Mallari he just wanting to be in the tough of his career.

According to Confucius, “choose a job that you like and you will never have to work a day in your life”.

He wants to learn more about his business of how he can expand it. He admire all the person that he met, and that was I admired Mr. Mallari because he truly humble and he always asking for a new learning that he took to the people that have more knowledge about business than him.

Even if Mr. Mallari is 47 years old the sense of his mind is always their, he challenge his self by making his business grew more according to his plan. Because his business is not enough compare to Mr. Chan business in Manila. He set in his mind the comparing of passion between him and Mr. Chan that he can also do what Mr. Chan made in his business.

Business is like planting a plant it is not easily to grow up, it needs more care and love to easily grown. Everyone can build a business if the presence of mind is in the part of career even if that was not your passion it can easily develop your skill if you truly wanted to be in that genre.
