Objective | | As a group, we are interested in studying why there is still a wage gap issue among men and women in the workplace. With several court cases and laws passed, we would expect this issue to have less prominence then it does it today’s society. We will especially focus on the different types of occupations and the width of their unique pay gaps. We also hope to forecast what the workplace wages among men and women will be in the future.

Expectations | | As a part of this group, we have individually agreed to: * Do our individual assignments on time / whenever we set the due date * Compare schedules and find time to meet (if necessary) * Communicate through our group email if needed * Start a “Group Me” message chain on our phones so we can keep a constant conversation * Keep an open mind with other’s ideas if they do not go along with the group consensus Etiam cursus suscipit enim. Nulla facilisi. Integer eleifend diam eu diam. Donec dapibus enim sollicitudin nulla. Nam hendrerit. Nunc id nisi. Curabitur sed neque. Pellentesque placerat consequat pede. |

Research | | We plan to find our information through: * Academic Journals provided on the UD Library website * Books at the library that focus on the wage gap * Looking at current articles for recent statistics
