Teamwork is working with a group of people who have their own individual knowledge and skills in order to complete a task or to achieve a goal. It needs a lot of cooperation to develop a strong team and to gain good feedback from one another or from the audience. Before beginning to achieve a goal there is always a leader in a team to be able to plan and organize what has to be done and when. A team leader requires more patience and understanding to each of the members in the team. Teamwork is beneficial for many students as it enhances them to go beyond what they have learned through individual course works and it is essential for their future employability. Presentations on the other hand, are mostly what students always get nervous about. No one likes speaking in front of many people. Though it is a good way of practicing their communications skills as well as persuading other people with what they have to share from their own personal experiences. Presentation is a way of catching the audience’s attention that is why it is helpful for the speaker to know what he has to say and how. It is not only through the message he is trying to deliver to the audience but it is also the way the speaker is in contact with them, it maybe from the speakers body language, his voice projection, his eye to eye contact or his gestures. Presentations are not easy but it helps students to keep the audience focused on the message they want to deliver to the audience.

The most important characteristic, of an effective team; working in organizations is your behaviour. The way you act may help or hinder your team or any member of the group. To be able to have an effective team, everyone has to propose ideas so that they can solve any problems or solutions and develop new ones by sharing and opening up to one another.
