Employee Performance Analysis

Effective coaching by leaders and managers is an important part of employee development. Development is part of the relationship between a manager and his/her employees. It is a process that should involve coaching and feedback over time. This assignment includes identifying the person who will be the focus of the analysis. The person will be assessed using different development models revealing the person’s willingness and ability to change (Green, 2000). A performance improvement action plan will be created to address and identify actions that would be taken or recommend in order to address the issues.

He tells the employees to work out problems between themselves instead of sitting down and mediating the situation to figure out the real issue to solve it.
