ProRail and Burger King are big companies with a lot of employees that have to be directed. This can be done in a couple of different ways:
* ProRail, a local railway company that is owned by the government, a company that has experience that goes beyond the last couple of years, a reliable company who does its work with great expertise. ProRail has their headquarters in Utrecht, the place of one of their biggest operations; the Utrecht Central Station. In the coming 30 years the whole look of the place will become completely different and besides all the new shops and the new hall also the railways will come to some changes. As placing these railways can never be profitable, ProRail the company responsible for these railways is a government organisation. Lead by a group of 5, the company’s main goal is to offer the best service to the public as is possible. They are working on: upgrading the speed of the trains, expending the railway network and overall making the customer happy. Before the company became under the supervision of a group of five in 1999, ProRail was still under a board which represented the government, instead of today’s directors with experience in the field.

* Burger King has become an international icon when it comes to fast food. As the biggest competitor and treat towards the leader in the fast food branch; McDonald’s, Burger King has set quite a name for itself. Having 57 locations in only the Netherlands and over 11,000 worldwide in over 60 countries Burger King is taking over the world.
