Relationship between humans is an eternal spiritual topics. In communication, there are personality differences. United States relationship expert John Chow said that conflicts within the human brain.( Wang, Y. 2003) Each character had a direct impact on their thinking and behavior. Due to the different human personalities, leading everyone sees things and how a transaction is different. In Freud's theories, personality was divided into three parts, namely, the id, ego, and superego. It believed that the personality is in the three "I" interaction. (Freud, S. 1954) According to Rogers's individual Centre theory, personality structure in the form of self, that is, self-concept. It is a individuals faith that after a personal collection of his nature, unique characteristics, as well as behavior responses. Each individual's self-concept is his own image, is a combination of self-perception. (Rogers, C. (2012) Both are mutual friends, siblings or lovers, they have a personality conflict. In other words, they are likely to exist "personality conflict '.

Here is an example of personality conflicts. Here are two people who's working partner, there is an obvious difference. One of them, he's very outgoing and uninhibited character, and full of passion, good at seizing opportunities. And the other, he was introverted and quiet, more cautious.
