Ethics and Integrity

Public service is a public trust. We have a responsibility to the United States Government and its citizens to uphold the Constitution, laws and ethical principles. To ensure that every citizen can have complete confidence in the integrity of the federal government, we must respect and adhere to the principles of ethical conduct set forth in the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch (5 C.F.R. Part 2635), FAR Part 3, DFARS 203, and any agency supplements.

Standards of Ethical Conduct The regulation 5 C.F.R. Part 2635 specifically identifies 14 general principles. Those applicable to your Government/contractor relationship are:
