Decision-Making Process Paper

Introduction

There will be a time in your life when you are faced with a decision that would change the lives of you and your loved ones. I was faced with such a choice. It would require them to look at paying for nursing care or even potentially putting my father in care home facility. Something our family could not afford or accept. Less than one year after I made the decision to turn down the job and help care for my father, he had a heart attack and passed away.
