Homes for Heroes is a national program that started after the events of 9­11. The program has realtor and  lender affiliates that give discounts to heroes when they are buying and selling a home. CC Underwood has  been an affiliate since 2013 and every hero that buys and sells a home with her team receives a rebate of  25% of the gross commission. "I was excited to see just how much we were able to give back this past year".  For a buyer this means that 25% of the commission goes towards their closing costs. For a home seller this  means more profit. There is no cap on the rebate amount, no cap on the purchase price, and no cap on the  number of times used.
