INTRODUCTION

Activities of banks in general and the activities of the joint-stock commercial bank in Vietnam in particular is very necessary and important to the economy of Vietnam. As a student currently studying and research in Banking - Insurance, I decided to choose North Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank to research, explore, through which a deeper understanding of the operation and development of a bank in the situation Economics - Politics - Society today.
