Introduction

Human resources is defined as an area of a company which focuses specifically on the staff/employees of a company/organisation as well as the activities that those employees undertake. There are a range of activities that they are responsible for, for example recruitment, handling complaints, staff training, employee benefits and the orientation of employees.

Selection: When a candidate has been recruited, they would be shortlisted and interview them and on the selection day, aptitude tests, group interviews, presentations would be given, Maths, English and psychometric tests.

Recruitment: advertising would be included in requirement and included in these advertisements, would be a specification about a candidate about the candidate and what the company would need, as well as a description of the job and what the role would intake.
