Introduction

With the development of the technology over the past decade the Robotic surgery has become one of conversational subject areas. As a result of the creation of the machine their being concerns regarding to the Robotics Surgery. The moral and ethical implications have been affected in positive and negative manner. Therefore, patients are still concerns for this type of procedure when it comes to their health issues. When implementing robot technologies there are many questions regarding the safety of this new innovation technology.

The robots are capable of performing tasks precisely, efficiently, fast, safely than human beings and also they can perform critical duties beyond effort. With the invention of robots and their capacity of performing task, this new technology had come to revolutionize this century. The robotic surgery is not the exception of this new technology.

Presently robots are used to handle delicate, critical and complicated surgeries in detailed and adequate manner. The robots are capable of performing surgeries with less pain, smaller incision, decrease blood loss, and quicker healing time.

With new technology comes also the negative part of the subject. Moral and ethical implication is one of them. If the quality of life after the surgery is one of them, can the patient have a better probability of survival or the patient is fully satisfied with the procedures. Can the patient trust the surgery or can we applied the integrity term from doctors to the patient? There is also the privacy concern the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act; the accountability which company is responsible for the technology of the Robotic Machine. Last but not least the technology issue who are the companies developing the technology of the robot.
