Questions for Listeners
1. Which selection were you listening to?
* Hannah: I listened to the menu but it was hard to focus with so many people talking at the same thing. Especially when they were talking about totally different things.
* Jocie: I listened to the story about the mouse and the lion.
2. What words or sections from other readings attracted your attention?
* Hannah: When Rebecca was reading the mouse and lion story, it attracted my attention when she said “Oh please let me go sir.”
* Jocie: When Trevor started to call out prices for the menu, that’s what caused a distraction in my brain.

* Trevor: I kept getting louder trying to make myself be heard.
* Me: Since I live with younger siblings, I know how it feels to be ignored, so I just read at the same tone.
* Rebecca: I was getting ill because they were overpowering me while I was trying to read and I don’t think Hannah or Jocie could actually hear me.
2. Were you distracted while you were reading? If so, how easy or difficult was it to keep reading?
* Trevor: I was kind of distracted as I was reading because, seriously, who wouldn’t be? I kept reading, but I had to take it slow.
* Me: I was extremely distracted. I kept catching myself stop and try to listen to the other things that Rebecca and Trevor were reading.
* Rebecca:...
