Title: The evaluate of the case

Our group chooses the case on Pg277. We played a drama for the case. It talks about the daily issues between a man and some female staffs. The male manager’s name is Luis. He’s handsome, brilliant, easy-going, smart and helpful. When the female staffs first see him, they all feel excited. But as time goes by, they find when Luis speaks to them, he may stand near the staff closely. He is arrogant, everyone become far away from him. Even worse, sometimes he put the hand on their waist. The girls all worry about this. According to the situation, our group writes a draft first. Then we get together to have a discuss. We distribute the role to everyone and try to solve it.

The problem is urgent. So we come out many kinds of approaches. Because of everyone may make mistakes, so we can give a chance to Luis. Because he acted like this maybe according to his father’s inheritance. He’s handsome and intelligent, so he is self-confident. He is humorous and smart. Maybe he played a trick. Firstly, we can make all the staff supervise him. Keep a distance with him to drift apart him. This is according to the Nonverbal Communication. It can express emotions and interpersonal attitudes without saying a word (Eunson, Baden 2012 p256). So if everyone does not be kind with him, he will realize what happened and think about what’s wrong. Protecting his ex-colleagues far away from harass. We can take a short-term observation in term of his behavior to recognize whether he changes or not. If he can change, it couldn’t be better. The interpersonal skills show the Emotional Intelligence is also very helpful (Eunson, Baden 2012 p287). It decides whether we can exist commendable in public or not. And all the ex-colleagues can forget the unpleasant things before. If can not, we still have a long way to go.
