Explain Lisa Aham’s current strategy regarding senior citizens? Does this strategy improve this McDonald’s image? What should she do about the senior citizen market –that is, should she encourage age, ignore, or discourage about the bingo idea? Explain

In the current strategy regarding senior citizen, there are positives to the problem and negatives towards this Strategy. It is a city that crowed of senior Citizens, therefore their Marco-marketing of this Particular restaurant is different from other regular McDonald’s restaurant. Original purpose is to increase sale to increase morning sales. It seems working on that goal. However, it cause other problems, overcrowded.

Moreover, this strategy might cause a name of the “old people’s restaurant” to the restaurant, hurt the image of McDonald, and risk the title of the restaurant. The fast food label may become a social restaurant, common to a bar status. It may take on the name of the “old people’s restaurant”. This will detour many of the younger customers and the customers who are coming to get the fast food service.

Bingo idea is not a solution to this problem. Because it will attract more senior to come to restaurant and create more crowds and worsen the problem. Seniors are mainly the people who enjoy doing activities such as bingo. Bingo could act as a daily thing for the senior crowd.

The Alternate strategy would be to cancel the senior meal deal promotion. If the deal attracts senior citizens, a rising of price may slowly drive them away. That marketing deal would be in hopes to attract the younger crowd in which they may eat the more expensive meals. Or the low costing meal for the seniors would end somewhat earlier in the morning. By advertising that the offer is only good until 9 a.m. then the seniors may hang around a shorter length of time.

My finally solution to this situation would be to build bigger McDonald restaurants to accommodate special needs of this city, Something...
