A personal belief play important role like situation in my event, person may not brought up around empathy or hasn’t been taught on empathy. So this person can’t put themselves in other’s person shoes to see how this may feel or become homeless, etc. Demonstrated that assuming the perspective of another in need fosters feelings of empathy. Personal beliefs in my event man and the women both assume the young women was begging or pan-handling, lazy to get a job, an drunk, and druggie. Might have also thought if they gave young women money she will have used it on drugs, or alcohol with the money also.

A person religious beliefs may help change or influence perspectives in situation like this, may because their beliefs might make a person feel obligated to help someone when they needed it the most. A person religious traditions may have teach a person the importance of caring for the lost and you in need for help.

Person mood may change the outcome of the situation, when a person is in a good mood and having a good day too is more likely to help a person. A person going through a bad mood and not going to care about anyone else problems.

Person personality can affect the situation in different roles. If a person personality is good and helpful by nature this person may be more willing to help others in this situation.

People may look young women in my event automatically look down at her for trying to ask for help. People change their perspectives may find this person truly may need help when comes to getting a shower, clean clothes or even help finding employment. Before we make snap judgment on person I think we need to know their back-story first because they make judgment on someone.
