Engineering students are trained to become good engineers and to

be a good engineer is to have the fundamentals of a good

foundation.Making a good engineer is to have a proper training in

learning from experiences (bad or good) and leaning on its

foundations as a student, making a Good Engineering Manager is

applying its knowledge from a good foundation and experience.

Decisions are easily made by a Good Engineering Manager

through the foundations and experience he has.

CONCLUSION

I conclude that to be a good engineer you need to have a good foundation and apply your knowledge you get through experiences.
