Abstract
Within the last century, most of the world has strived to eliminate discrimination and treat all people equal. The reason I stated most is because “most” people are striving and not all people are in support of change. This paper will examine my personal upbringing and perspectives concerning diversity and what could help expand my diversity understanding and behavior.
