I experienced a very fun journey in a Karting race activity in Toronto and totally attracted by the exciting feeling of the race. Also, I observed that the business is really good at the race, so I would like to have it in St. John’s area as a entertainment activity business. Also, the winter in St. john’s could be really long so that people won’t have too much entertainment activities outside due to the snow, so an inside activity will be highly demanded and suits all the situation in St. John’s.

Description of the product:

The karting race is held in a big warehouse, which has two floors. The first floor is the race area, which has several sections that is separated by the speed limit of the karts. Also, there will be an area is especially for under aged youth and children. The pricing will be set as a certain price for certain laps. The biggest consideration for this entertainment sports will be security, so the helmets are totally necessary and security staff will be watching out and control the race any time when there are races going on. In addition to the race area, the second floor is the waiting area for people who is waiting for there parties doing the race and get relaxed, so it will be a bar for adults, and café, and a dining place for people who need food. Also, the selling department will be held on the second floor, which sales the relative equipment for the race like customized helmets; special karts have faster speed, dresses. The location of the race will be held near St. John’s but not in the central of the city because there won’t be any big warehouses to hold the race. However, the location won’t be far away from the city.

Competition analysis:

Due to the situation in St. John’s, the competition won’t be too big since there is no exactly the same activity in town. However, the competition from other forms will still exist like skiing, and hockey. People...
