According to the analysis of this case we could see how important is keep trying implementing new ideas to get the goal that each company has.

Phillips and Panasonic are two big companies very recognized around the world, despite haven’t been easy get to the position that they are, could be seen as a very good example of how we can do to still gained power and keep trying in the business .

Phillips is a company that along the time have been very hard to keep in the international market, have passed between situations that are not very helpful to them.

As we know everything as a strengthens and weakness, and in the case of Phillips, according to the case, I consider that the weakness of Phillips have been the dysfunctional plan that they have ridden; they haven’t been clear about what is the goal that they want to get and how is the best way to get it. The plan of Phillips is always changing because they don’t know very well how to control each plan that they implement.

At the same time Phillips has an strength that is very useful at the moment of do a business, it is force, even they passed hard time they still planning how they can control everything and they create a new plan trying to chance the goal and taking away everything they don’t need anymore.

The expansion is a very important key whereby Phillips have concentrated his power around the world, as we could saw over the time have been a company looking how they can concentrate their production to increase the
