I started my research by wondering how should health professionals really be treating heart disease and cancer; the two leading causes of death in America. This is a question that I have wondered about for a long time due to the fact that so many people have died each year for many years from both cancer and heart disease.

I also found that the cause was much harder to determine, however, things like smoking, high blood pressure and diabetes can contribute.
