Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to give a brief analysis on organizational growth that happened through the evolutionary journey of International Business Machines, IBM since its inception. The goal is to include several aspects such as design, culture, life cycle, shareholders and stakeholders. We did a primary analysis on what factors influenced the change in IBM and major changes that the organization has gone through for its overall structure. We have given suggestions on how the organization can improve is overall capabilities and improve the overall structure and functioning.
