EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Research Carried Out On The Topic Of Employee Satisfaction At Rama News Print Limited. The Objective Were To Measure Satisfaction Of Employee And Identifying Level Of Satisfaction Among The Employee. Descriptive Research Design Is Used In This Report. The Data Collected From The Both Sources Primary And Secondary The Primary Data Was Collected From The Respondents While The Secondary Data Regarding Subject Was Obtained From Various Magazines, Journals, Web Sites, Newspapers, And Books. The Sample Survey Was 50 Respondents.

Almost all the employees are satisfied with the wages paid to them and the employees feel that there should be an incentive wages scheme for efficient work in the organization. Employees feel that the management is sympathetic to some extent in their problems faced at workstation; Management shares a very good relation with the workers.

Some of the employees feel that the present management should be changed. Few of the employees feel that the company policies are not able to protect their interests and hence they should be changed.

All the statutory and non-statutory measures are provided to employees as per the standard measures, which improves employee’s satisfaction and increase productivity.

Any organization success and growth depends on employees.
