Whole Foods Fit Food for Fast Moving

The methods used to measure the success of the plan

Marketing for Whole Foods Fit Food for the Fast Moving people will need evaluations to determine if the marketing plan is effective. Fit Foods for the Fast Moving will design flyers that will be at all of the Whole Foods stores. Each flyer will give a discount to a specific purchase. At the bottom of the flyer will be the code used to identify what the stores location is for where we put those specific flyers out at. This will only be good for the first month of our opening. The company will track how many flyers that were put out at the registers versus how many actually come back. This will allow the company to see if this marketing strategy is working. The identifying code on the bottom of the flyer will tell us which store has more customers interested in the new business. The company will also learn where to hit with more special flyers throughout the year.

In addition to the flyers we will have survey offered during each purchase on our kiosks. This survey can inquire on how the customer found out about this new business, what their location is, if they would like to join our email blast for special discounts and if they liked the services provided. At the end of the survey there will be a comment section for them to add anything that they would like. This can be positive or negative feedback. Once the customer finishes the survey, he or she will received a free desert item for providing their feedback. As time moves on the survey will change to ask what new items the customer would like to see and if there is anything they wish management would change. The questions will be fairly simple for all of the surveys and will find out if the customers are happy with the service they are providing.
