What role did each team member play?

Each individual team member made their own impact on the completion of this project. During weekly meetings that all group members would attend, we would brainstorm and come up with different ways that we could carry out the next step in our project. Once we decided together that a television ad would be the most original way that we could market the masters event, we then broke down how we would go about carrying out our marketing plan. We decided that it would be most effective to break down the work load, by each member taking a different college of study, or another academic building on campus that would be able to display our ad. Each team member was to contact whoever was in charge of their specific building, and find out if they were able to display the ad and where it could be displayed in the building. Aly was assigned to the College of Business in Sutliff and the Andruss library. Rob went to the College of Liberal Arts in Old Science, Bakeless, and McCormick. Kate covered the College of Education in the McCormick building and the Haas Center. Justin asked the College of Science and Technology in Hartline and Centennial. Mariah went to the Student Service Center. Liz asked Kehr Union, Commons, and Nelson Field House. After finding out what buildings we could and couldn’t post ads in, we brainstormed as a team on how to create the most effective, and eye catching ad using a PowerPoint slide. Individual members of the group took the initiative to create a PowerPoint ad for the each particular television carousal. Mariah created a specific ad targeting students in the College of Business in Sutliff. Justin also created an ad for the College of Science students in Hartline. Kate created an ad targeting students studying the arts in the Haas Center.
