My Best Friend

This is my best friend. Her name is Nicole. She is the kind of best friend who laughs at everything you say. She sometimes laughs so hard that she made me laugh. You know, her laugh is very contagious. She is also a very cheerful friend. She likes K-pop, and I mean a lot. She is like my small sister.

I met her when we were still in elementary, maybe that was grade five or six. But we weren’t very close that time. We had more time to close when we became high school students. When it was the first day of school, she arrived early but I arrived late, as always. As I get closer to our classroom, she went out and called out to me. I think she’s nervous because she doesn’t know anyone in our classroom. She saved me a seat next to her and talked about our past days in elementary. Then, as time flies by, we became close friends.

When I told her that she’s beautiful, she would deny my compliment to her, but it’s the truth. She is shorter than me obviously. Maybe her height is at my ear. When we eat together, I always suggest to her to eat vegetables but she doesn’t like vegetables. When she smiles, it’s like there’s a sun coming out of her mouth, especially when she laughs. She likes to eat chocolates, I think it’s her favorite. She likes to write and design thing from the back of her notebook, even my notebook has her writings. She likes to hear music, especially K-pop music, and she’s addicted to it.

My friend of mine is a very supportive one. One time when I felt nervous about the interview in the BRSHS. And I felt like I don’t want to do it. But she’s always there to cheer me up. She’s also a jolly and active friend. It’s like she never runs out of energy and do what she wants to do. Maybe of the adrenaline rush caused by the chocolates.
