Human Resources Portal Management Tracking System(HRPMTS)

II. RESEARCH TOPIC AREA/S:

This system aims to avoid those employees who are being late and leaving at the right time. Also some common Problems encountered by the accounting staff of Vibal in terms of using their manual system in processing payroll and time keeping. It’s a system that helps Vibal Publishing to lessen their paper works and work much easier and faster. It involves keeping track of hours worked and ensuring that employees receives the appropriate amount of pay.
