The study is significant from application perspective of management as well as academic point of view.
It is my area of interest that how billion dollar fashion industry manages the marketing of their products under different labels across the globe and how they set their distribution channels to maximise their reach and penetrate the target market as it is very important for the companies to market and reach to the target customer across nations.

This study will help me to get a better understanding of how marketing of big brands like zara is done across nations with a scope to expand business across the globe. This company is famous for its disruptive distribution channel and thus it will add value to my knowledge of supply chain.
How I Plan to proceed :
December : Studying the apparel industry (brand like zara, Kenneth cole) and their marketing techniques . Finding how the distribution channel of zara works.
January : Detailed analysis of supply chain , analysing the difference between zara and other stablished brand’s distribution network and marketing scenario .
February : Project framing and submission.
