My Ultimate Purpose for BRCC

Free college tuition money is given to sixty percent to ninety percent of students in America who are first time undergraduate students. Some qualify for the grants given to students who have needs like Pell grants, state grants, and more. On the other hand, loans are given to all students who attend college. Things like this motivate mostly everyone to go get a degree in their favorite field of interest. Being in this twenty first century society, competition is very high and getting the job depends on your education or knowledge. Going through the process is harsh and unbearable at times. Like my grandmother always say, hard work pays off.

Being present this two thousand and fourteen summer semester has a lot of reasoning. To be comfortable and relaxed in the future without the stress of catching up with credentials is prime. I want to be able to graduate when I suppose to and not have to complete classes I suppose to been taken. Having to take remedial classes mean that those remedial classes will not be counted towards my degree credits. I also pulled out loans to pay for things in my personal life. Having no job and growing up in this society is basically impossible, so it required me to make this type of sacrifice. Paying for things like court cost fees, rent, car notes, and more is not priceless. Although I had Pell grant money left on file from my previous semester, I will use the rest so it wouldn’t add towards the money I already owe. Given about two thousand and eight hundred dollars in Pell grant money in the spring semester, I used about fourteen hundred dollars that semester. That left me with about fourteen hundred more dollars to use for this summer semester or wait till the next semester and suffer the consequence of paying back free money. I didn’t necessarily have to attend this semester but, at the same time it’s intended.
