Coke Cola Case Study

Coke Cola is a brand that is recognized worldwide. The company and their franchisees has embraced the concept of total quality management. The company does encourage everyone in the company to think about quality in everything that they do. Coke cola also seeks to continually improve the production of the products they produce. They also encourage employees to solve any problems that may come up during production.

The only problem I can see that the company can face is the fact that are a global company and presenting new products in country’s that may not be used to certain taste of a new products. And production can be a risk if a machine break down getting parts to make the necessary repair may be an issue. Coke cola has been around for a very long time and they have done a great job improving the products they made and they will continue to experience great growth and prosperity for many years to come.

In order for a company to survive in the global market place, the quality of that product has to be on point at all times. Total quality management gives everyone within the company a voice. Because all employees has to deal with their customers whether they are internal or external customers. The key to total quality management is that all employees must have a voice in the production of a product. And the executives must listen because there employees are the ones, who does the actual work and they know what the people want and Coke cola has done a great job at making sure the product they produce is of the highest quali
