Oracle, the second largest software producer by revenue after Microsoft, is an American multinational cloud computing and enterprise technology company headquartered in Redwood City, California, United States. Oracle, established in 1977, maintains office and branch locations in more than 145 countries around the world. They also employ over 100,000 employees worldwide. Oracle specializes in and is the segment leader in research, development and marketing of computer hardware systems. Most notably, Oracle is the only enterprise service provider that offers 100% of its solutions through the cloud. Uncompromising use of cloud computing prowess enables Oracle to lead by streamlining its growing database management and development tools to customers through quick, efficient, secure and affordable solutions to companies large or small. Besides database development offerings; enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and supply chain management (SCM) software tools comprise the base of Oracles foundational selling points (Oracle, 2014).

As a result of its long history of business with Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Argentina; Oracle is on track in expanding operations in these countries. However, facilitation of this expansion requires specialized, cultural training programs for new and current employees for successful interaction with South American counterparts. Business managers of Oracle routinely review their training programs which are culturally sensitive to the needs of their employees, as well as host countries. The objective; to determine the most cost-effective method to expand the training programs in these four countries.
