In this paper I will be trying to address the case study on the Texas Health Harris Methodist-Cleburne: A System Approach to Surgical Improvement. When I am done I hope I was able to address what all needed to be addressed. I hope that this paper will also help other if the where needing to address cases just like this case.

It seems that the organizational theories in this case is that they are wanting to find better ways to improve the measures when it comes to Surgical Care and to see if they can find better ways to also treat a patient. If they where to come in and have issues with things like pneumonia,heart attack, surgical care and heart failure. This case has seemed to also show that there has been some kind of achievement when they did the case study but to me who knows if it really works unless they try it themselves.

It does seem that they are learning every why they can learn so that they can improve and maybe even help others improve so that they can do better and to improve so that their patients will keep coming back and not go to another place.

This study showed so much when they where organizing thing. The first one is system wide strategies this is where it is said that they went and benched marked everyone in the hospital and they they went and put it against the state,the nation and with who ever wanted to go against one another. There is reporting and monitoring the structure this was said to happen in 2006.
